Our Story

Welcome to The Draught House, a place where the aroma of delicious food meets the warmth of cherished memories. Our journey began in 2014, when we first opened our doors to the community, eager to create a space where everyone could come together to celebrate life’s special moments.

The Early Days

In those early years, The Draught House quickly became known for its vibrant atmosphere and unforgettable summers. Our Boat Bar was a haven for music lovers, hosting amazing band-filled nights that resonated with the sounds of laughter and joy. Inside, our banquet room was the backdrop for countless celebrations—from graduations and weddings to engagements and even the excitement of first dates.

A New Chapter

In March 2022, we decided to pass the torch, selling The Draught House with hopes that the new owners would continue its legacy. However, in August 2024, a devastating fire brought an abrupt end to that chapter. It was a time of sadness for us and the community that had grown to love our establishment.

Rebuilding and Rebirth

In May 2025, we were given a second chance to revive The Draught House, and we embraced it wholeheartedly. Over the past six months, we have poured our hearts into rebuilding, determined to restore the spirit of what made our restaurant so special. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring it back to life, once again serving the community we know and love.
